Job Summary: As a Junior Designer, you will support the creative team in producing high-quality visual content. Your work will span across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, assisting in the development of branding, marketing materials, website design, social media graphics, and more. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Support:
   • Assist senior designers with creating design concepts, mockups, and final artwork.
   • Produce visual assets for digital and print, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
   • Work on branding projects, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
2. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure cohesive visual communication.
   • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
3. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple design tasks with varying deadlines.
   • Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Review and refine designs based on feedback from senior designers or clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
